Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant / Tax Accountant
Location: Billings, Montana
Starting Wage: Highly dependent on experience and ability to handle tasks independently. $18 - $25 an hour.
What You'll Do:
Manage bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients
Handle payroll and administrative tasks efficiently
Process accounts receivable and payable
Deliver exceptional client service and support
Spend 10-20 hours a week working with one main client, including payroll, filling out applications, and other admin tasks
Perform bookkeeping, payroll, and other accounting/admin tasks for Marlow Accounting during the remaining time
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of bookkeeping required
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online
An accounting degree is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Opportunities to prepare taxes, EA certificate preferred
Willingness to train for EA certification if interested in becoming a tax accountant (training provided)
